A Cornerstone Event Advisor (EA) provides oversight, training, coaching, accountability, and encouragement to Cornerstone clients conducting one of our special event’ fundraising campaigns (such as a serve-a-thon or walk-a-thon).
The EA position is a part-time/seasonal, work-from-home position that is ideally suited for a stay-at-home mom (or dad) that provides a reasonable degree of flexibility in how you schedule your work time. An EA will typically handle 8-10 clients per season and will be responsible for training clients on our program, monitoring progress of events, and holding a client’s Planning Team accountable for meeting their goals. This requires analyzing fundraising statistics during the course of the fundraising campaign and then writing a weekly fundraising report for each client and Cornerstone management.
EAs need to be good at brainstorming solutions to challenges faced during a client’s campaign as well as holding people accountable to commitments made.
